Uitleg
Deze soort wordt aangetroffen in Queensland, het verre oosten van Northern Territory, het noorden van New South Wales en het verre noordoosten van Zuid-Australië.

Botanische beschrijving
Dit is een verspreiding naar rechtopstaande kruiden die vertakken vanaf de basis tot 30cm hoog.
De bladeren zijn dun, breed omgekeerd eirond, de top afgerond, de basis kegelvormig en overgaand in bladsteel met een halve bladschijflengte, in totaal 15-30mm lang, de rand golvend tot golfvormig gelobd, het bovenoppervlak bijna kaal, het onderoppervlak geschubd.
De mannelijke bloemen staan geclusterd in eindoksels. De vrouwelijke bloemen bevinden zich in verspreide okselstandige trossen. De vruchtdragende schutbladeren zijn sessiel of bijna zo, stomp driehoekig tot cirkelvormig, gezwollen, hard, glad, ongeveer 3mm lang en breed aan de top, vergroeid behalve aan de afgeronde top, kleppen kruidachtig, en vormen een smalle getande rand rond de top van het schutblad. De aanhangsels ontbreken. Het zaad is cirkelvormig, kiemwortel lateraal, rechtopstaand.
